With gratitude and hope, I step into a new chapter of my life. I accept the responsibility of leading the Public Institution Mother Teresa’s Family Homes both as a challenge and as an opportunity for growth.
I joined this mission in September 2025 at the invitation of the long-time director and founder, Regina Zabielienė. Her faith, dedication, and love for people inspired me to continue and nurture what has already been created.
Here, at Mother Teresa’s Family Homes, I truly feel at home. Over the past four years, I have been actively involved in projects supporting individuals in rebuilding social skills and integrating into the labor market, and I have also been a member of the social workshops team.
Through my earlier work here, I came to realize that this organization is not just a workplace – it is a living community where we learn to love, forgive, help one another, and grow together. Here, every person is important and warmly welcomed.
I accepted the role of Director because I believe in our people, in the meaningful work we do, and in this unique place. I want everyone who comes here to feel heard, understood, and loved. I believe that together we can create, improve, dream boldly, discover new paths, while preserving our traditions, strategic direction, and the warmth of heart that has always defined these Homes.
I believe that when we work with love, the world changes.
